Conditions of Payment

All payments from outside of Sweden are by credit card.
C.O.D. (cash on delivery - postförskott) is only available for delivery addresses within Sweden.

Shipping costs are based on the product weight including packaging and follow the Swedish Postal Services pricelist. There is an additional SEK50:- postal charge for C.O.D.

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt with a full refund, exclusive shipping costs, if they are new and unused. Products incorrectly supplied or defect will be replaced without cost for the customer.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Handfaste, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
